The Administrative Professionals (Secretary’s) Day is celebrated in the first week of September in South Africa. And it’s an ideal time, as it coincides with the first week of the spring season. It’s a perfect time to honour their contribution, reward them with some time-out and ‘me-time’, and give them the chance to learn, connect and network with other like-minded peers. These people can ultimately make or break the organisation’s image and therefore investing in their development is infinitely worthwhile.

Maundee aims at making this day intellectually engaging as well as a rich and exciting experience for the participant. It’s an opportunity to network with peers, gain knowledge from our stellar speaker line up as well as escape from the normal business of the day, only to return rejuvenated and eager to add value. Joy Activist and Laughter Coach

Sue has studied laughter, joy and happiness for over 22 years, and her Dynamic Living Programme introduces these powerful tools. There is always great fun and laughter, plus the impact is transformational and long-term for participants and their organisations. Stress is the No 1 killer in the world and is responsible for billions lost to the economy each year.

The good news is that laughter is an antidote to stress. Sue has inspired and motivated tens of thousands in the public and private sectors, corporations and SMEs, churches and NGOs. She has featured on radio and TV, in articles in online and print magazines, has written a book and developed an e-course, and produced and presented a radio show called ‘The JoyRide’. She is also the founder of the JOYburg city transformation initiative.

Lusanda is invited to speak in many forums, with both men and women, in corporations, churches, PBOs and NGOs. She also hosts women’s events that highlight empowerment, leadership, entrepreneurship and other inspirational topics that touch women of the 21st Century.

Lusanda’s background is in marketing, and in 2010 she studied the Management Advancement Programme at Wits Business School, which covers the full spectrum of business at a senior managerial level. She has over 20 years of corporate experience in marketing, focusing on relationship management, business and organisational development, facilitation and training. Lusanda does volunteer work, together with her husband Joseph, with women, schools and the community at large in Alexandra Township.

Inspirational Speaker and Perfumer

As an Inspirational Speaker, Gisela is passionate about bringing the best out of people. She sees the hidden gold in them and encourages them to live their best lives as she recognises and calls out their destinies. A pivotal event in her life changed her own destiny and she has been a perfumer for 11 years. She uses fragrances when she speaks to groups, with women and men, to motivate and inspire those audiences.

Gisela has also been an entrepreneur for many years. She was involved in recruitment, in her own company, where she was able to use her people skills, and she now has a travel business, which perfectly suits her own love for travel. Gisela is married with two adult daughters, and is the author of two books.

COST

The cost of this event, including catering and gifts, is R3 999 (excl. VAT) per person. Please note that attendance is guaranteed only when payment has been received in full. There is an early bird discount of 10% – and this is another great reason for you to show appreciation to your valued assistant by booking and making payment by 31 July 2019.

Please note that full payment must be received prior to the event. Once we have received your registration form we will submit an invoice and payment should be made electronically within 5 working days after receipt thereof. Only fully paid delegates will be admitted into the event unless agreed upon by Maundee Consultants Management.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email, and include name of event and name of delegate. No refund will be issued for any cancellation done 14 days or less prior to the event. Registration may be transferred to another delegate, via email confirmation, with no penalty. No refund will be issued for non-attendance. If the event is postponed there is an opportunity to attend the next available date.
